We want you to love your Red Wing purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've made returns easier than ever. We will issue a refund if the item is in its original condition.

Please note all returns and exchanges will be shipped with UPS.

How Do I Return My Online Order?

  • Online Returns: Please visit the online return page and follow the online return process.

  • In-store Returns: Please note that online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in physical stores.
    All returns must be processed through our online return page.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

How Do I Return My Store Purchase?

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned online.
They must be returned directly to the store location where the purchase was made.
