1. Introduction
Welcome to Red Wing Shoes Europe BV. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of our website and the purchase of products from Red Wing Shoe BV (hereinafter referred to as RWS Europe). By accessing or using our website, making purchases, or engaging with us in any other way, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are important as they protect both you as a consumer and RWS Europe. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
2. Products and Availability
RWS Europe offers footwear and accessories sold through our website. RWS Europe reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time, without notice.
We strive to provide accurate information regarding product availability. However, due to the nature of online sales, products may become unavailable or temporarily out of stock.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the prices and terms indicated. RWS Europe reserves the right to accept or reject any order, including orders that are incomplete or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
A contract is formed when RWS Europe confirms your order and ships the products. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order, at which point your purchase is complete.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€), and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise specified. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your delivery location. All payment transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on your country and the selected carrier.
The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout, based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Shipping is free for orders over €100 (except Malta, Cyrus and express shipment).

Please note that we do not ship on public holidays or Sundays. Delivery times may vary based on your location and availability of the product.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned products.
Please not that all returns and exchanges will shipped with UPS.
7. Warranty and Claims
All products sold by RWS Europe are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty. If a product is found to be defective during this period, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please contact our customer service team if you experience any issues with the product, and they will assist you in resolving the matter.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
The content on our website, including trademarks, logos, product images, and written content, are owned by RWS Europe or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the website without prior written consent from RWS Europe.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of processing your order and communicating with you.
10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 BGB, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when the contract is concluded. If a different right of withdrawal also applies to customers who are consumers, special information will be provided in this case. A consumer within the meaning of Section 13 BGB is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. You will be informed of your right of withdrawal below:

11. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For contracts for the delivery of goods: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In all other cases: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us webshop.europe@redwingshoes.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
12. Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
The following also applies to contracts for the delivery of goods:
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Information on the expiry of the right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to Section 312g (2) BGB, a right of withdrawal does not apply, inter alia not for contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, and for contracts for the supply of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded, and it expires for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, and for contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages caused by slight negligence, irrespective of its legal ground, shall be limited as follows:
(a) We shall be liable up to the amount of the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract due to a breach of material contractual obligations (i.e. those obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you regularly rely and may rely);
(b) We shall not be liable due to a slightly negligent breach of any other duty of care applicable.
The aforesaid limitations of liability shall not apply to any mandatory statutory liability, in particular to liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), and liability for culpably caused injuries of life, body or health. In addition, such limitations of liability shall not apply if and to the extent We have assumed a specific guarantee.
This Limitation of Liability shall apply accordingly to our liability for wasted expenses.
You shall be obliged to take adequate measures to avert and reduce damages.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that arise from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by law. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and are generally not prepared to do so.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
RWS Europe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the new Terms will apply from the date of their posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
